Her background spans business development, consultative sales, event planning, and partnership development across multiple industries, shaping an entrepreneurial foundation that continues to influence how she approaches real estate today.

Earlier in her career, Nicole focused on identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and bringing people together in ways that created meaningful momentum.

Nicole graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, where she studied Business Management and developed a deep interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational growth. She also completed a certification in Sports Management, reflecting a longstanding fascination with teamwork and high-performance environments.

Nicole has long been involved in community initiatives and nonprofit partnerships, particularly those supporting animal welfare and community wellbeing.

She’s also endlessly curious about health, longevity, personal growth, and the systems that help people thrive over the long term.
